Youth Solutions Network is a school based company that focuses on workforce development for high school aged students. .YSN's guiding principle is create greater awareness and  access to existing youth workforce programs in Baltimore and the surrounding counties.

YSN seeks to support programs that will provide the knowledge and assist youth in the transition from program services to the appropriate next step in their path. In addition, we will continue to support the development and expansion of private sector opportunities for young people with the goal of transitioning job-ready youth into unsubsidized employment.
